Deborah's Kerr death was surprising timing (I know, 86 isn't tragically young) in that a few days prior I had watched her film "The Innocents". It's one of those films I'd read about for years but hadn't got around to watching. What I'd read was that it's very scary without being overt. ALL TRUE. What a creepy, unsettling film. Deborah Kerr's performance was stunning. And there are a couple shots in the film that still give me shivers.
